Returns & Refunds

We're just like you, we sell this stuff cause we love it and we want you to love it too! So, if you are not completely satisfied, just let us know and we will work with you to make everything right!

Here are the rules (yes, we know, rules are rubbish but sometimes they're necessary!)

Items may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date (so get that butt moving to the post office!).

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item.

Here's what you can't return cause it'd be silly or icky:

Gift cards
Pierced earrings
Pomades & hair dye
Grooming products
Cosmetics

Items must be unwashed and have all original packaging (including plastic sleeves, if packaged in them) with tags attached (if applicable) in order to be accepted for a refund, exchange or credit.

Please send items back to us in a condition that you would be happy to receive them. No need for a big, shiny bow on top but please don't scrunch up lovely clothes into a messy lump, it makes us really sad and takes ages to make nice again for resale. Also, please don't put on loads of perfume and then hug your 7 dogs whilst trying something on if you think you might want to send it back :)

The Rebel Rebel Promise:

If there is a problem with a product you've received or an error on your order please e-mail hello@rebelrebel.be and we will be as helpful as humanly possible! If we've screwed up and accidentally sent you the wrong thing or you have a damaged item then we will take care of return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

We will always work with you, not against you so let's help each other out and make things as easy as possible! We're nice, promise, and as we're English it's bred into us to be super polite and helpful!

How To Make A Return

Please email hello@rebelrebel.be to let us know you're returning an item to us within 14 days of your parcel's arrival. Once we've acknowledged your request you have another 7 days to post the item back to us (within Belgium, we know it'll take longer from other countries). Please send the items, in the original packaging if it's still usable (and not ripped open in pure excitement from your delivery arriving!), or alternatively, you can use your own packaging as long as it keeps the item safe. We always suggest using a service that provides tracking as Rebel Rebel can't be held responsible for lost shipments.

You can include the original packing slip we sent with your order or simply write down the following information on a note inside your package (otherwise we won't know who to send money back to and that would suck!):

Order number, full name, shipping address, email address, the reason for exchange/return

All done? Awesome! Now you can send it back to us!

Getting Your Refund

Once we have your parcel back with us please allow about a week (maximum) for the item to be inspected and processed for a return. You will receive a full refund of all money paid to us back to the original method you bought it with.

Exchange Request

Please follow the steps as if you were returning an item and place a new order for the item you would like replacing it.
